All Oasis products come with a warranty and the limitations are as follows:

All Mp3 Mp4 PMP USB driver have a one-year warranty.

All headphones have a one-year warranty.

All televisions/DVD/speaker systems have a half year warranty.

All clock radios and microphones have a ninety-day warranty.

To obtain warranty replacement, return the product freight prepaid to the address below within the duration of the warranty. Please enclose the product, copy of receipt, detailed description of the problem Failure to enclose required information will result in delay of your shipment. Please allow 2-3 weeks for product replacement. Please allow 3-4 weeks during the months of Nov-Feb.

A NEW WARRANTY DOES NOT START WITH THE REPLACEMENT OF A NEW PRODUCT.

If you have problems with the replacement, please contact us immediately!

Our warranty does not cover any product that has been subject to neglect,unreasonable use, accident, violation of the operating instructions, or any product that has been modified by you or an unauthorized service agent.Products out of warranty requiring replacement will be reviewed individually,
